Planted Seed Ministries Inc. is a non for profit faith based social service agency whose comprehensive goal is to offer to individuals and families-affected by homelessness, poverty, substance use, mental illness, displacement, or incarceration- a continuum of culturally competent services and resources to meet basic human needs, provide protection, support community integration, and transition out of poverty.
Our Mission
To empower individuals to root out and destroy those things that have kept them from prosperity by sowing new seed in their lives through the word of God, housing and supportive services so they in turn can reap a plentiful harvest.

Our goal is to work with the individual from the inside out. We believe that every root has a fruit and it starts from within and manifests on the outside. It is through the planting of our services that individuals will become empowered and able to live positive and productive lives.

- Housing assistance and wrap around services for singled men who are released from prison, jails and court ordered to participate in the program.
- Employment services;
- Case Management services;
- Substance Abuse counseling and intervention
- Mental Health services and referrals;
- Group facilitation;
- Life Skill Training
- Re-entry Workshops in prisons and jails
